What information do we collect?

We collect certain personal information from you when you browse our website or shop and place an order with us.

1. Browsing our Website.

Our website may track certain information about you during the course of your browsing, this includes:

-          IP address & approximate geographic location.

-          Referrals sources and Device

-          How much time spent on each page during your visit

2. Placing an order / Contacting us

If you place an order with us we will require your name, address, and contact telephone number. All transactions are handled through secure Squarespace,Stripe, Applepay & Paypal websites. We do not have access to or retain details of your payment card.

What do we use this information for?

The information supplied by you may be used in the following ways:

1. Browsing our website

Information collected will only be used for analytical purposes, in order for us to improve our website and services or to improve your browsing experience whilst on our website and will not be used by us to personally identify an individual. If you prefer to block these cookies you can do so through your own browsers settings; some functions of the website may however cease to operate properly if you do so.

2. Placing an order / Contacting us

Information collected will only be used to allow us to manufacture the garment to your requirements and dispatch any items. If you contact us we will keep your email address to allow us to correspond and delete any information once we have answered any queries you may have.

How do we keep your information safe?

We hold customers information in two ways:

Digitally: A record of any transaction is kept within Squarespace, Applepay, Paypal or Stripe. This is used for our ordering system and keeps track of our customer’s activity with us. We do not store any information locally to a computer.

Hard Copy: We also keep copies of invoices and receipts for accounting purposes. These paper documents are stored and locked in our office.

How long do we keep this information for and how do we dispose of it?

Specific browsing activity in particular IP address is kept for seven days.

For orders the information you give us will be kept as long as are required for invoicing and receipt purposes and will be deleted 3 years after the order was made. Any paper copies (excluding invoices and receipts) will be shredded. Customers do also have a 'right to be forgotten' and may request that their personal data be erased from our records at any time.

Sharing your information.

We will not share or sell your information to any third party for the purposes of marketing. Please note that our website is built through Squarespace & transactions are made through Applepay, Paypal or Stripe. Please visit their websites for their specific privacy policies.

Information will only be shared where there may be an appropriate legal reason to do so.

Requesting your information.

You are entitled by law to request a copy of the information that we hold for you by submitting a Subject Access Request. All such requests will be subject to verification of identification before any information can be released
